1. QUOTATIONS:
Qoutes are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to re - qoute all jobs if materials received differ from those qouted.

2. SHIPPING:
Durdy Work will ship all materials (zips, floppies, proofs, etc.) by the most efficient method. Orders may be shipped at Fed Ex, UPS, or Airborne Express at additional charges.

3. PROOFS & SAMPLES:
Up to 3 state proofs or samples may be received without additional charge. Upon request, Client may receive additional proofs or samples at additional cost.

4. SHORTAGES & OVERAGES:
A 10% under or over run will constitute a complete order and will be billed according to actual quantity shipped.

5. CANCELLATIONS:
Canceled orders will be billed for work and materials used up to the time of cancellation.

6. PAYMENT:
All payments must be paid in full for orders under $250.00. At least 50% of Order must be paid for oders over $250.00.
Payments must be made in cash, money order, or company checks. (No personal Checks will be accepted)

7. RETURNED CHECKS:
There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks.

8. WORKING MATERIALS:
All electronic files, scrap proofs, and original artwork / photos will created at Durdy Work, Multi - Media Graphics will remain property of Durdy Work, Multi - Media Graphics and will be kept for a minimum of (1) year for future re-orders or adjustments.

9. COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK INFRINGMENT:
Durdy Work shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringment due to likeness of other artwork, logo(s), etc. It is the sole responsiblity of the client to take the necessary precautions in regards to this matter. (i.e., Logo copyrighting or trademarked)
